Women executives continue to hover around 30% in S&P 550 Professional, Scientific and Technical Services. And the percentage looks even more dismal at the top with 9.1% at the CEO level. To increase these percentages we need a commitment to change the workplace culture. This commitment starts from the top with strong leadership and role modeling. And everyone has to be part of the conversation -- as a champion, supporter or ally.
